1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Axceed Stack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and customers.
The Platform is operated by Axceed Consulting Sdn Bhd (BRN 202601019295), incorporated in Malaysia.
2. Use of the platform
You may use the Platform for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Resell or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@axceed.my if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Quotes and orders
Quotes generated through the Platform are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to distributor pricing, foreign exchange movements, and stock availability.
A quote does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of payment or an approved purchase order.
POA (Price on Application) items are subject to pricing confirmation within 1 business day. Axceed reserves the right to amend pricing prior to order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment terms are as specified in your plan and confirmed order. First orders from new accounts require full upfront payment. Credit terms are available to eligible Business and Enterprise subscribers.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclusive of SST unless stated otherwise. SST is applied where required by Malaysian law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated outputs, is the property of Axceed Consulting Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product availability and pricing are sourced from third-party distributors and may change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Axceed Consulting Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
